Nico and Brian, the owners are service oriented, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions with patience. I have a 2004 Honda pilot that had a puzzling interior water leak that was found at the same time as repairing a door that had not been operable for sometime. After performing a free vehicle inspection and explaining what needed to be done now and what could be watched and waited on, I had front end work done of which I'm very happy with. I will absolutely be back, even for my oil changes.

Some people are god send and they come at the right time with don't know what to call it besides divine intervention and leaves you speechless. I recently went through the level of lowness in life and found myself living in a shady Airbnb (that's a different and opposite story) and living through my truck (2006, Lincoln navigator) and at the same time losing access to my 2 homes and finances in the town and sadly economic down wasn't the reason behind all that. 8 days in this experience, on my way to drop kids to school my truck's air suspension failed and truck dropped almost 8 inches with body almost touching the tires. Took my truck to dealership and called some other places and got quotes in excess of $7,000. When all doors seems shut I performed the search on internet for local good car shops and out of 100s of results listed on browser, I clicked one randomly and Nico answered the call. For some reason there was an instant good vibe experience. He very calmly asked me to bring my truck over to their shop and once there he gave me a sense of security that I am at the right place and understood the gravity of my situation. He promised me - no matter what, he will fix my truck today itself even though I went in without prior appointment and the quote he gave me with oil change of V8 and all 4 suspension replacements with a promise of better than original experience, was jaw dropping $2400!!!! And guess what they kept working on my truck till 7 pm and fulfilled their promise and charged about $2350!! For a dad who 150% depended on his truck and Airbnb to take care of his kids- if this is not destiny or divine intervention then I don't what is!!! This is the most honest shop I've ever came across. Took my Mini Cooper to them because my engine light was on. They did a diagnostic, swapped parts to make sure what to problem is and my car was ready to pick up in the same day. Unfortunately I'm gonna have to take it to dealership for further assistance but since they couldn't fix the issue, they didn't charge me for the diagnostic! Super sweet, efficient and honest people. They gained a customer for life, would recommend them %100!

I found my new mechanic. I brought my 2006 H3 here to have a check engine light investigated as well as an issue with my four wheel drive switch. Victor inspected my car and called me with a complete breakdown that was simple to understand. He explained what was covered bu my extended warranty and what was not. He explained the cost of the things not covered so i could understand. I never felt pressured to add services mor did i feel anything he recommended was unnecessary. I have been going to Go 2 Auto for over 4 years now. Victor has always been courteous and honest. One time we thought we needed brakes on our Honda Accord. We brought the car in and basically said, "just go ahead and fix it". Victor called me in the afternoon with what I thought would be the amount that I would owe (they never do anything without calling you). Instead, he told me that the car did not need brakes at all. Since the car was already there I told him to change the oil, but this is just an example of the integrity at Go 2 Auto. I would highly recommend them if you live anywhere near Roseville. You won't be sorry.
